    I love you and glad I found you during the pandemic. These kinds of workouts help you lose weight, build stamina and improve health. Not everyone wishes to be a body builder. Also CrossFit is cult like and can be dangerous for non-athletes.

    About a couple of months ago I finished her 2 week ab shred challenge. Being completely honest, I didn’t really notice any change but, guess what? It’s not her fault and I’m not upset at all. I think people who hate on her content are ignoring the fact that every body is different. Maybe it didn’t work for me, but I’ve seen a lot of people on the Internet who are so satisfied with the results they got!! We need to remember that Chloe is only trying to help and inspire... why would people shame her for that?

    I used to do other youtube workout everyday two year ago until I discovered Chole as my new ‘trainer’ last year. Her workout is so effective that I decided to workout three days in a row after two weeks of cheat meals and beer everyday. I still got my abs back afterwards so I can still enjoy my beer and cheat meals. So I dun get why the haters can’t get the result, probably they spend the whole workout time on their fingers typing nonsense. They should have a good shape of fingers thou.

    In the Fitness World the only way you Can be fit is to go to the gym everyday and lift weight to the point where u cant Touch your back anymore 🙄 There are other Sport you Can do to get fit ballet, Pilates, Yoga....

    Lol wow lol So I stared the 2 week shred work out..turns out I was doing it wrong 🤭🤭🤭🤭 😂🤣 instead of doing all videos for the day... I was doing 1 video a day 😅😂😂😂 AND YET WITHIN 4 DAY I SAW AMAZING RESULTS 😱😱😱 imagine if I would have done the program correctly!!!!! I am a mom of 5 I gave birth in January and as soon as I started this program saw results with the same week. I’m on day 7 and Im just gonna continue to do a video a day once I feel like I need more I will re-start the program correctly 🤪😆.

    I can´t stand people like this guy who thinks that everyone wants to be a body builder. In my case, I just want to maintain my muscles fit for health issues. I have a rare genetic condition that implies in my colagen gen, it doesn´t allow me to do extreme workouts so I don´t tendon rupture. Clhoe's workouts have been helping me gain more strength knowing my own limits. She is amazing! She can do either, low and extreme intense workouts, and she knows that not everybody has the same fit condition than her, that's why she is so lovely and respectful and don´t spread hate like this guy does.

    Hello Chloe! I love you so much. I just finished my 3rd day of the 2020 2 week Shred and I LOVE IT! Of course it is hard, but as you said, it is a challenge. I love you and your personality so much. I know that you put so much hard work into making these programs, and they are all for FREE! I am 13, and of course I don’t spend money to get a fitness program online, and I came across your channel and I instantly loved it. It was not just free but it was full of positive energy that motivated me to begin working out again. You are literally my favorite fitness channel.     After seeing so many overpriced fitness plans I was so relieved to find Chloe and then I watch her more and more and see that she has good values and isn't promoting restricting or over-excursion and that she has a plan where I don't need to go out or buy equipment and one where I don't hate myself for missing a workout or eating a snack considered to be bad. Following her workout saved me from my disordered eating. i haven't restricted in three months, (I found her channel two months ago) I haven't binged at all since trying some of her recipes and meal preps. And my mentality on the way I look is improved. It just goes to show how low someone will go to shit on someone to make themselves feel better, grow content on social media, and feel special when people agree with them or convert to their thought process because they too are too lazy to research the topic.

    That’s creepy that someone would put so much time into trolling on you. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this for 7 years by the same person, the best thing to do is take the time to vent and then move on.
